About Us

Laser Apparel was founded in December of 2006 in Overland Park, Kansas. We opened with 5,000 square feet of manufacturing space and one customer who had a need for Laser Appliqué. Our goals were simple: To provide excellent customer service and exceptional quality, and to quickly diversify our customer base.

Through hard work and the support of our customers we have successfully finished our first 12 years in business. Today, we are a contract decorator with production facilities in Kansas and Missouri. Our combined 27,000 square feet of production space contains 250 heads of embroidery equipment, 5 automatic screen print presses, and one manual screen press.

We have been fortunate enough to build relationships with distributors such as Gear for Sports, Outdoor Custom Sportswear, Dri-Duck, and Alpha Broder, as well as hundreds of ASI distributors across the nation.

Our core competencies are embroidery, screen printing, and heat-seal transfers. We understand that your product must look exceptional when it leaves our decoration facility. To that end, we work hard to “wow” customers with quality embellishments.

Our customer service team is well versed in all of our decoration techniques and will be a dedicated source for all of your orders and needs. We will answer the phone when you call and you will speak to the same Account Manager for embroidery and screen print orders.

We utilize an information management system called Impress, which was specifically written for our industry. It allows us to stay organized and communicate with you in a fast and effective manner. We count your blank product the day it arrives and our system will send you an email receipt that will outline any discrepancies that we may have discovered. This way there are no surprises on the day the order goes into production.

Once our customer service team enters your order, Impress will create an order acknowledgment that we will email to you for approval. This acknowledgment will outline costs, decoration locations, product, arts, and quantities. It also serves as your cue that we received your order and allows you to double check our interpretation of your purchase order before the order goes to production.

This important step minimizes errors in the embroidery and screen print process. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification that outlines tracking numbers, shipment method, and freight costs if we are shipping on your freight number. Communication and ease of doing business are important to us.

Please give us a call. We would enjoy the opportunity to earn your business.
